The gas pressure behind the compressor is p2 and the gas temperature behind the combustion chamber (at turbine inlet) is t3. Air volumetric flow rate is V₁ (condition of inlet to compressor). Determine (A): A1: Thermal efficiency of this cycle, nt-s (%) A2: Power output of this cycle, Pnet-s (kW) Task B: The gas turbine operates with the same parameters as in „Task A" but include in the analysis that the compressor and turbine have an isentropic efficiency: ncs, nts.
