In class we discussed a simple processor. (This is also discussed in Section 7.2 of the text.) (a) Design an ASM chart that describes the functionality of this processor, covering the functions of Load, Move, Add and Subtract. (b) Design another ASM chart that specifies the required control signals to control the datapath circuit in the processor. Assume that multiplexers are used to implement the bus that connects the registers R0 to R3 in the processor.
