(a) (4 pts) Sketch the upper right quadrant for each constellation. I.e., plot the points ï in the constellation with Re[x] ≥ 0 and Im[x] ≥ 0. (b) (6 pts) Which constellation has better power efficiency? (You can answer this by computing the power efficiencies in each case, but there is an easier way. If you do decide to compute the efficiencies, it is possible to avoid large sums.)
