3. Create a longbow target with 10 circles. Read the problem in its entirety very carefully. Your plot must satisfy all the requirements stated in this problem. The radius of each outer circle has a radius greater than 1 from the previous one. For example, the innermost circle (the bullseye) has a radius of 1, the next circle has a radius of 2, and so on until the outermost circle (the 10th circle) with a radius of 10. Also, make the bullseye to be filled with black, and all other circles are in blue. All the circles must be perfectly circular. Finally, remove the axis so that only the target is shown. Note that you must use "a function" to draw multiple circles required to complete the problem.
