Section C Email Writing (25 marks)
You are Emily Yeung , the Customer Service Officer of King’s
Sweaters. You received the following letter of complaint from your
customer Ms Angela Chan . Write an email of adjustment. You can use
the information listed in the company policy.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been ordering sweaters from your company by mail for more
than 5 years and I have always been very satisfied with the quality
of the sweaters and the speed of your service.
Unfortunately, the last sweater which I received on 20 November,
a size 4 black Calvin Klein dinner sweater, was not satisfactory.
It was far too small despite the label on it showing it was a size
4.
I immediately returned it with a written explanation and asked
for a full refund. After 3 weeks, I still have received none of the
responses from your company.
I must ask you to return my money immediately; otherwise, I
shall have no option but to stop buying from your company
again.

Guidelines for Refund & Replacement:
Customers who seek a refund must contact our Customer Service
Center via email/phone/mail within 5 business days after
delivery.
Customers who seek a refund or product replacement must provide
an Order Number and indicate the reason for the refund.
Customers must provide the original receipt of purchase together
with a picture of the quality problem of the product for refund
use.
Only products with proven quality problems will be accepted for
refund. Products should not be eligible for a replacement for
unsatisfying colour or size.
Accepted order of refund will be handled within 10 business days
after confirmation.
Please note that before providing a refund for any product,
certain verification of product conditions will be conducted. All
Non-returnable items will neither receive a refund nor a
replacement
