for articles that are related to operations management within that
organization. Possible sources include, but are not
restricted to, the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Time, and
the Bakersfield Californian. Web sources (reputable ones) are
also acceptable. The articles should illustrate not only an
operations management issue, but also how OM relates to other areas
within business (e.g. marketing, finance, human resources,
accounting, information systems, and so on) are particularly
desired. You are to write a report detailing two areas related to
OM that the business excels in and one area where possible
improvement can be addressed.

Your format for your report will include a section about the
