Jane Jones is a 75 year old retired Teacher. She has been admitted with moderate abdominal pain and explosive diarrhoea. She has no other health issues. What would you like to know to identify why she has Diarrhoea? Physical Assessments (Abdominal Assessment - IPPA and anus and rectum - IP what would see with someone with diarrhoea? tests that would be indicated? What care considerations do you think are important in this case?
