A bottler is analyzing dispensing machine service routes. He is
interested in predicting the amount of time required for the driver
to stock the machines at the store (Y). Service activity includes
filling the machine with soft drinks and minor maintenance. The
variables are the number of containers with which the machine fills
(X1) and the distance that has to be walked (X2). The following
data was collected and processed with the Minitab program:
