need to substitute 𝑧 = 𝑒−𝑘𝑥 in the
derivative before simplifying the equation to a quadratic equation
and using the quadratic formula
to find z, then perform a logarithm to get x.
(e is to the power of -kx)
#2: Calculate the maximum profit from total revenue and cost at the
value of x in step #1.
