Tom and Jerry are two army commandos. They are fighting for
control of two battlegrounds labelled Zone A and Zone B. Tom has
two regiments and Gerry has three regiments. Both commandos will
use all their regiments in the battle. A commando may assign to a
battle ground, none or any number of regiments under his command.
The army with more regiments will win the battle ground with
pay-off 1 and the loser receives a pay-off of -1. If both commandos
assign no regiment or the same number of regiments to a battle
ground, the battle will be a draw with pay-off zero. Both commandos
are aiming to win as many battle grounds as possible.
- Let (ZA, ZB) = (Number of regiments
assigned to Zone A, Number of regiments assigned to Zone B)
