(c) A clean metal surface is illuminated by a beam of monochromatic light. It is given that no photoelectrons are ejected if the wavelength of the incident light is greater than 300 nm. (i) Determine the work function of this metal in electron-volt. (ii) Find the maximum kinetic energy of the photoelectrons ejected from this metal when it is illuminated with an incident light with a wavelength of 150 nm. (6 Marks)
