32-year-old male with DMI c/b ESRD HD TTS, PAD s/p R
AKA, LLE chronic OM s/p transmet 12/2021. Was in SNF hospice, but
presented to ED with BG 30-> cardiac arrest-> resuscitation.
I went to OSH and was intubated. Pt is now requesting that hospice
be reversed and that everything be completed.
