Which joint did you move in a pivot motion? 2. Find a pulse in your wrist to feel the blood being pumped through an artery. What is your pulse rate at rest and what is your pulse rate when you walk 15 steps briskly? 3. Take a radial pulse on a friend or family member in your safe bubble. What is their pulse reading? Have them do 10 jumping jacks. What is their pulse rate now? What is making the arteries bound like that? 4. Have you ever heard your stomach "growl" or heard gurgling noises in your abdomen when you were sitting quietly? What makes that sound? What is the medical term for this action? Listen to your lower abdomen with a stethoscope to hear the sounds. Look at a friend's eye in a dimly lit room and observe the size of the person's pupils. Now shine a light in the eye. What happens to the pupil? What happens when you move the light away from the 5. eye?
