A student's parents agree to allow him to play football and purchased his helmet and pads directly from the youth sports

Post by answerhappygod »

A student's parents agree to allow him to play football and purchased his helmet and pads directly from the youth sports organization. The helmet was designed with flaws and the student consequently was injured. The parents can bring a claim on his behalf against any or all of the following: the company that made the helmet, the company that distributed the helmet to the youth sports organization and the youth sports organization that sold the helmet to the student. What theories can be used to buffer the claim by the parents?
