A cylinder rotates in a uniform flow field in such a way that the stagnation point would detach from the cylinder surface when it is rotating at 100 rad/s. If the cylinder diameter is 1 meter, determine the air velocity of the uniform flow. Sketch the flow field at that instance, and if the gage pressure is zero at location far from the cylinder, calculate the minimum pressure acting on the cylinder.
