Determine the volumetric flow rate (in liter per hour) expected
from a single tubular membrane in a tubular ultrafiltration system
that is used to concentrate milk protein under complete rejection.
The following conditions apply: density of milk 1.03 g/cm³,
viscosity 0.8 cP, diffusivity 7 x 10-⁷ cm²/s, bulk concentration
and concentration on the membrane are 0.031 and 0.22 kg/m³,
respectively. Diameter of tube 1.1 cm, length of tube 220 cm,
number of tubes 15, and fluid velocity 1.5 m/s.
