Design a logic circuit for digital system that will take a 3 bit
binary number as input and the output will be “HIGH” if total
number of 1s in input is less than or equal to total number of 0s
and “LOW” otherwise. Draw the Truth Table of the lighting
system.
b) Write down the logic equation of the system in a SOP
format
c) Implement the circuit of the system using the SOP logic
equation in (b).
