A company based in Paris has been experiencing some issues with
its IT infrastructure. Specifically, the PCs within the
administration team have been having some intermittent problems,
occasionally the PCs will become unresponsive and prevent the
administration team from performing their work. Furthermore,
several PCs tend to exhibit a strange fan noise intermittently,
which increases in noise when the PC is being used by the
administration staff. You have been approached to examine the
causes of these issues. What steps would you recommend in trying to
determine the cause of the issues?
