property into a small boutique hotel with a bar and restaurant, but

the UK. There is a legal team and building surveyors undertaking
the necessary acquisition surveys / legal searches etc. but the
client has appointed you: To advise on the issues concerning
accessibility of the proposed project and: (a) Analyse the relevant
applicable legal frameworks and definitions concerning
accessibility and the demographics of those covered by the
legislation. (25 marks)
(b) Advise on the necessary process to establish current and
future accessibility. (7 marks)
(c) Identify typical areas of technical concern you might have
associated with the building and its new use including: (20
marks)
(i) One method / example to achieve compliance. (4 marks)
(ii) One method / example to achieve ‘gold’ standard. (4
marks)
