You know that it’s up to you to help this family – only you can
help them. What factors of credibility come into play (that is,
what affects your credibility in their eyes) – and what three types
of credibility exist? Give some examples of building credibility –
and talk about how you would maintain a trusting, sincere, credible
relationship with the aliens beyond that initial meeting.
