2.0 RICS Code of Ethics (30 marks) All professions have a code of ethics. Read the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Rules of Conduct. The Rules of Conduct are based on ethical principles of honesty, integrity, competence, service, respect, and responsibility. Professional practice will often involve balancing competing interests and using values and ethical judgement to come to a decision about what is right. The five rules provide a structure for making ethical decisions about how to behave as a professional. Critically review and prepare a commentary on TWO (2) provisions of each Rule. There are 5 Rules to study. Include examples to illustrate your commentary.
