Explain whether the book-keeping performed to perpetrate the fraud
at the City of Dixon represents false accounting under Section 83
of the Crimes Act 1958 (Vic). (10 marks)
Can someone please help assist me in answering this question?

This is in relation to the Rita Crundwell fraud case in the US
however section 83 is related to the Victorian Acts in
Australia.
