Jenny, 50 years old, managed her investments actively to prepare for her retirement. She invested all her savings into two stocks with low betas and high P/E ratios. She buys when she thinks the price is at the bottom and sells when she thinks the price is at the market top. Although she made many mistakes in predicting the price change, she still earned a quite good return in past two years.
