A discharged capacitor and a 20 kOhms resistor are connected to a 12.0 V battery all in series. It is observed that 1.2 min after being connected, the voltage in the capacitor is 10.0 V.
a. Calculate the capacitator capacitance.
b. The battery is left connected for 2.5 minutes and then the circuit is disconnected and closed with only the capacitor and resistance. How long will your load be reduced to 0.002 C?
