Microbiology question.
A forty year old man presented to to ER, with shortness ofbreath, productive cough , fever and night sweats for 6 weekduration, it was found from further investigation that he hadrecently relocated from eastern EU and had one year history ofuntreated HIV infection.
What bacterial diagnosis would you suspect caused these symptomsto the patient ie COUGH ,FEVER ETC in the already diagnosed HIVPATIENT from the case study?What bacterialinfection is found in the patient ?
