i need:
1. Growth Curves : Drawn by hand on semi-log graph paper. Should be neat, clear, labeled properly with a figure caption. Plot both OD and viable cell count on one graph. Identify lag phase and/or log phase if possible
and
2. Standard curves: Using linear graph paper, construct the standard curves (in both log and linear scales) and produce one graph containing both axes by hand.
