You are required to read the November chapters of The Forest Unseen this week. Select ONE of the following questions to address in your initial discussion board post. QUESTIONS) with examples from the book and other sources you find to support your answers: Your post must be a well-written, error-free. 300 -word essay response. Initial post is due by Thursday at 11:59 pm. Respond to one of your classmate's posts in a 100-word response post due by Sunday at 11:59 pm. You will not be able to see your classmates posts until you have posted your initial essay. Questions: (Choose one question to complete a 300 -word response-restating the question does not count toward your word requirement) 1. Throughout the book, Haskell describes the changing light conditions of the forest with the seasons, In the Nowember-Light chapter, he revisits this idea. What did you learn about the tree canopy in the fall months and it's impact on all life in the forest from this chapter? In your personal experience, what have you noticed about the sights and spunds of forests with the changing of the seasons? 2. In the November - Sharp-shinned Howk chapter. Haskell describes in detail the flight of the hawk. What did you learn about the evolution of fight in birds and the migratory pattems of hawks? Haskell describes the connection between photosynthesis and climate change. Sammarize his explanation here. Now revisit the levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere that we discussed in the climate change PowerPoint and explain how the levels of carbon diaxde fluctuate with the seasons is related to photosynthesis.
