Do you agree that morality involves obeying universal dutiesand that we cannot make exceptions for ourselves if we are to actmorally? Are there any situations where you think it would bemorally permissible to make an exception for yourself and act in away that you would not want/will all other people to act?Think of a situation where you feel it might be morallypermissible to make an exception for yourself and act in a way thatyou would not want/will all other people to act. Then apply Kant's1st and 3rd formulations to that situation and determine if Kantwould draw the same conclusion.
