This digital worksheet will check your data for major errors such as: - incorrect number of decimal places (precision) in measurements - measurements that are much larger or smaller than expected You should complete an entire row of the table before pressing submit. If a measured value is reasonable (according to the lab directions) and recorded with the correct number of significant figures/decimal places, it will be marked as correct. If a calculated value was calculated correctly according to the data you have entered and recorded with the correct number of significant figures, it will be marked as correct. If you get an error for numbers smaller than 1 , try entering without a leading zero (.456 instead of 0.456). If you see a red X, double-check the following: - Did you enter all data for Part A first? - Did you fill in the entire data table B? - Did you make a typo? - Did you use the right number of decimal places or sig figs? - Are your values within the ranges specified in the directions? - Still not sure what's wrong? You may have made a mistake while following the procedure. Redo this portion of the lab and see if you get substantially different results. If you get very similar results, ask your instructor for help. - Contact the instructor if you have used more than 2 attempts on any one box! Note that you calculated information for Solution 1 above. Solution 1 boxes will not be checked in the table below, as they were already graded above. If any Solution 1 boxes are blank after finishing your calculation above, reload the page.
