The radius of the inner circle is 10−3 m and that of the outer circle is 1.41×10−3 m. (a) Compute the amplitude and the intensity of the optical disturbance at a point P on the axis of the circles. 2 m from the screen, relative to the values one would obtain in the absence of the screen.
