Meghan and Harry are not sure if they should get a cochlear
implant for their infant who was born profoundly deaf. Meghan and
Harry are hearing but several members of their extended family are
deaf. As such, they are well immersed in the Deaf community. The
child’s doctors strongly recommend they get a cochlear implant for
the child as soon as possible. Meghan and Harry’s deaf family
members, however, are pressuring them to wait.
