Table salt (NaCl) is sometimes added to alcoholic drinks to
affect taste without affecting the total volume of the drink. Is
the following statement true or false? explain.
Hint: the activity go ethanol (C2H3OH) increases as salt is
added to an alcoholic beverage
(I think we are supposed to discuss the salt effect?)
