4. Limitations in the use of Concise Eurocode P362 "Concise Eurocode 3" (SCI P362) misses some necessary information for some steel design situations. One example is a lack of guidance on the effective length of columns (other than angles, for which effective slendernesses are stated, a limitation it shares with Eurocode 3). Describe in less than half a page of text (to include added figures if you require them) one other limitation of this document where it has not provided enough information for practical Structural Design, and how you were able to circumvent the gap in information. Please note that this question is about the limitations of P362 and not about the limitations of Eurocode 3, EN1991-1-1.
