The PHF is 0.90, and there are 15% trucks/buses of which 14% are semi-trailers and 5% RVs. Lane widths are 11ft, and shoulder widths are 4ft. The roadway section is 5mi in length, and there are 18 access points per mile. There are 50% no-passing zones and the free-flow speed is 65mi/h.
