2. Priority junction is widely used to resolve conflict between merging and crossing vehicles. The right-turn movement from minor road is the most critical movement at a three-legged stopcontrolled junction. Conflicting volume for a typical three-legged stop-controlled junction is as shown in Figure 1 and the recorded peak hour volume is given in Table 1. i. By considering the relevance of the conflicting movement given in the equation in Figure 1 , calculate the conflicting volume for the right-turn movement from minor road for the different junction configurations given in Figure 2 . ii.
