An Aircraft B737-800 T-Stiffener beam located in the forward cargo hole was found damaged due to impact. The damaged portion of the T-Stiffener was completely removed by splicing where the removed section is shown as green shaded area in the following figure. The details of affected T-Stiffener are also illustrated in the following figure. Given DATA of AL7075-T6 Strength of Bearing Ultimate =32KSI or 32000Ibf/in2 Strength of Shear Ultimate =38KSI or 38000Jbf/in2 Strength of Tensile Ultimate =78KSI or 78000Ibfh​in2
