Section B: Question 1- Entity Relationship Diagram (20marks). The center needs to keep the session date and length of session whenever a patient comes for therapy. One therapist handles each session. The therapist can be either a medical or a specialist. When the patients come for a therapy, they often have insurance to cover the cost of the therapy sessions using their insurance policy. a. Suppose the main entities are Patient, Therapy, Therapist and Policy. Provide the business rules that defined the relationships between these entities. [6marks] b. Identify TWO (2) composite entities derived from the relationships in (a). [2 marks] c. Identify ONE (1) supertype and its subtypes and state the constraints (disjoint/overlapping constraints and partial/total completeness constraints [4 marks] d. Design a complete Extended ERD (EERD) based on the case study above. Include: - Identify each relationship, primary keys, foreign keys (2marks) - Specify cardinality for each relationship (2 marks) - Extended ERD (EERD) (4 marks)
