If you loosen it to decrease its tension the frequencies of its vibrational modes will increase but its wavelengths will not be affected both the frequency and the wavelength increase. the frequencies of its vibrational modes will decrease but its wavelengths will not be affected the wavelength increases but the frequency is not affected
