(A take-over of a company is usually associated with a significant and rapid increase in the company's share price). The probabilities of a take-over for each firm are given in the table below. Company Name Probability of Take- over Rentec PLC 0.68 Swiss Finance 0.49 Taylor Wilson 0.38 a. Use a probability tree to represent the joint probabilities of these firms being taken-over b. Use your probability tree to calculate the probability that none of these three firms are taken-over. c. Use your probability tree to calculate the probability that at least 2 of these firms are taken-over.
