Question 4 CY Company Ltd. is a manufactoring company for designing and producing electrical appliances. The company employs many engineers both from Hong Kong and Mainland China and they are stationed at Hong Kong's office. It has its own production factories located in China and hired over 5,000 worker from Mainland to complete the production order. Recently, the top management received complaints from staff members about lack of sports facilities and poor hygiene condition of the working environment at Mainland's factories. It also received complaints from some Mainland engineers at Hong Kong office that they feel being isolated by teammates and also lack of confidence to complete the tasks assigned by the senior engineers and don't even know the rewards of completing the challenging tasks.
