Consider a 4 m high reinforced concrete bearing wall subjected to a uniform dead load (DL) of 80 kN/m and uniform live load (LL) of 40 kN/m. The wall is pin supported at the top, fixed at the bottom. The load is applied concentrically with regard to the vertical wall axis. Use 15M bars for wall reinforcement. Design the wall for the above given load conditions.
