For the beam shown, it carries a series of concentrated loads
moving from left to right. Using influence lines for the beams
compute the following:
a) max ordinate of the influence line to obtain the max positive
moment at point B.
b) position of point 1 (145kN) from point A to produce maximum
positive moment at B.
c) Maximum positive moment at B due to the series of
concentrated loads.
