Introduction to Assignment
A firm’s business model is its plan or diagram for how it competes,
uses its resources, structures its relationships, interfaces with
customers, and creates value to sustain itself on the basis of the
profits it generates. The term “business model” is used to include
all the activities that define how a firm competes in the
marketplace. A business model provides investors the knowledge
about the competitive edge of the company. A good business model
leads to cash generation and future expansion. It is very common
for entrepreneurs to use the Business Model Canvas tool to develop,
document, analyze and improve their business plans. Attached is a
template of a business model canvas that can be applied to any
business idea.
You have to do the following TWO tasks:
Task 1: Fill out the ( Business Model Canvas ) given below applying
it to the business idea your group has come up with.
● Be thorough
● Make sure that you fill out each block and that
they are interrelated
● Use bullet points
1- Product ( or service ) production.
2- Channels
Task 2 : Once You complete the canvas, prepare an Executive
Summary that details and explains the following:
● Introduction of the business idea, explaining
what it is.
Explain the content of each of the blocks and highlight the
interrelationships and interdependencies that exist between
them.

closed grass courts because it is hot in the summer and many people
cancel play because of this atmosphere
