The CHRO of your company asked you to form a three-member team,
which would review the current HR policy, talk to people, go
through Industry reports, etc. and develop a new HR policy, which
are relevant in the current context to attract and retain
talent.
Assuming that there are enough people with necessary skills and
competencies, your only concern is about the individual learning
styles. You understand that people with different learning styles
gather and process information differently.
Would you choose individuals who are convergers, assimilators,
accommodators or divergers in terms of their dominant learning
styles? Or would you choose mix of any three/two?
What would be your choice? Justify your answer.
