We make countless decisions every day. Some decisions are good, some we regret making them. Think about one decision that you have made which you regret. Write a reflection based on the following points: • describe the decision that you have made; • explain why you regretted the decision made; • describe the problems you faced while making the decision mentioned above (for example, fallacies, passive approach in non-decision decision, delaying of decision making, bias, issues in group decision making, inability to weigh the risks) • explain what you would do differently if you are given a second chance.
