A few years ago, William Shatner (yes, that William Shatner)proposed a $30 Billion Kickstarter project to build a waterpipeline to address California’s drought issues. Separately, formerCalifornia Gov. Brown led an effort to revamp two tunnelsdelivering water from the Sacramento River delta to SouthernCalifornia (recently downsized to a single tunnel by Gov. Newsom)and continues as the Delta Conveyance Project. Are these ideas allwet or out of this world? Discuss the practicality of the idea orother ideas that might better address the situation
