OB post partum question:
Post partum assessment findings: The clients Fundus is slightlyBoggy but firms with massage. It is two fingerbreadths above theumbilicus, and is deviated to the right. The client also hasmoderate lochia and she is not ambulating that much.
What nursing interventions should the nurse perform based on herfindings when assessing Mrs. Hodges Fundus?
