A. Determine the Headloss at Pipe 1 in meters.
B. Determine the Headloss at Pipe 3 in meters.
C. Determine the flowrate at Pipe 2 in Liters per second.
D. Determine the elevation of Reservoir B in meters.
Can someone help me in this problem. Thank you so
much!
The elevation of Reservoir at A is 140m and at C is 50m. The flow rate at Pipe 1 from Reservoir A is 2 m/s. All pipes have a length of 500 meters, friction factor 1 -0.02. and sizes namely: Pipe Diameter 1 (mm) = 600mm Pipe Diameter 2 (mm) = 500mm Pipe Diameter 3 (mm) = 500mm Determine the Headloss at Pipe 1 in meters.
