The autoloader picks individual parts from an input tray and drop each part onto sockets in a tester. The autoloader will repeat this until all sockets in the tester are loaded. Misloading occurs when a part is not properly placed in the socket. Even when each part was dropped from a specified height of a few mm, it was observed that parts would bounce off instead of dropping into the socket when misloading occur.
