+4 (Based on Problem 10-29, Hibbeler Textbook, 10th Edition) Consider the general orientation of three strain gages (strain rosette) at a material point, as shown below. Use the given x-y axis. Use Octave Programming language to build the program based on the question below. (1) Normal and shear strains for x-y element, (ii) Normal and shear strains for an element in transformed x'-y' axis, (iii) Principal strains and orientation of the principal strain element, (iv) Maximum in-plane shear strain, the corresponding normal strain, and the orientation of the element, (v) Absolute maximum shear strain. (vi) Calculate the principal stresses for the plane stress condition based on the calculated strains in part (iii) above.
